How productive is your agency, really?

Ten questions, about five minutes. You'll get a score across five areas, see exactly which answers are costing you the most, and can have the full written report emailed to you.

    What the scorecard measures

Agency productivity is rarely lost in one dramatic failure. It leaks — a follow-up nobody sent, a listing published to three portals with two different prices, an enquiry that arrived at 10pm and was answered at 11am the next day. Each is small. Together they decide whether a quarter works.

This assessment looks at five areas where that leakage happens, scores each independently, and tells you which of your own answers carried the most cost. A well-run agency using someone else's software should score highly — if a diagnostic can only produce a bad result, it is a sales pitch wearing a lab coat.

    System of record

Whether the business owns its data, or individuals do.

    Listing operations

How much manual work each property costs before it is live.

    Response speed

How quickly an enquiry gets a real answer.

    Follow-up discipline

Whether follow-up happens by process or by memory.

    Management visibility

Whether decisions are made on current data.

    How the scoring works

Each of the 10 questions carries points for the answer you choose, weighted by how much operational risk that answer represents. Your total is expressed out of 100 and mapped to a band, and each of the five areas is scored separately so a strong overall result does not hide one weak spot.

An answer that scores at or below half the available points is flagged as a gap, with an explanation of what it typically costs and which capability addresses it. Nothing is hidden behind the email form except the written version — your score and your top gaps appear as soon as you finish.

It takes about five minutes and there is no right answer that requires you to be a customer. If you already have this solved, the report will say so.
